Trivia Galaxies is a trivia roguelite: 500 planets, twelve tiles each, two wrong answers allowed. If something is broken, confusing, or a question looks wrong, get in touch and you will hear back from a person.

You can also reach this address from inside the app at Settings → Report a Problem. Including the User ID and version shown at the top of the Settings screen helps a lot — they identify your save.
I paid for something and did not get it
Open Settings → Restore Purchases. That re-checks your purchase history with the App Store and re-applies anything you own, including Remove Ads. Restoring is free and works on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. If the item still does not appear, email the address above with the date of the purchase.
I want a refund
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — we cannot issue them directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
I ran out of hearts
You hold up to five hearts. Failing a planet costs one, and hearts come back on their own — one every thirty minutes — whether or not the app is open. You do not have to buy anything to keep playing; waiting works.
A question looks wrong
Email the address above with the question text and the planet level. The question bank is hand-built and corrections are made directly to it, so a reported error gets fixed for everybody.
I want to erase my data
Use Settings → Delete Account. It wipes your progress, wallet and settings from the device. Deleting the app also removes them. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account rather than to your save, so they can still be restored afterwards.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. All 6,000 questions ship inside the app, so the game is fully playable offline. A connection is only used for in-app purchases and ads.
